- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- 8 drops of Tabasco Sauce
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire steak sauce
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 3 tsp Onion Flakes
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 1/2 tsp All Spice
- 1/3 Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup water
SLAW
- 1/4 Green Cabbage, Grated
- 1 Carrot, Grated
- 1/2 Red Onion, Finely Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

Directions
Take a heavy based pot, place the spice mix ingredients together, stir well to combine, submerge the pork, close the lid and place on the BBQ on a low setting and allow the pork to slow cook for 2-3 hours or until the pork falls apart and is easy to shred.
Shred pork using a fork and leave in the remaining sauce to keep succulent, warm and with maximum flavor.
Just before the pork is ready, assemble the quick slaw.
Slice the dinner rolls in half, leaving hinged, spread the apple sauce on one side, followed by the pulled pork and top with the slaw.
The ingredient list may seem as long as an arm, but well worth the effort.
