Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia
With a crispy crust, airy texture and a handful of rosemary and sea salt, we make our Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia with more olive oil than any of our other breads. Based on flatbread invented in the times of Ancient Rome, savour it dipped in a fine extra virgin oil and balsamic vinegar and served as an appetizer. Treat yourself with a Focaccia panini and pack it with prosciutto. Or give it a home next to pesto linguine.
