Pane Di Casa Pesto Caprese
Ingredients
- 2 slices COBS Pane di Casa Loaf
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp pesto
- ½ tomato, thickly sliced
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3 whole fresh basil leaves
Directions
Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil. Spread pesto on bottom slice (on plain side), add tomato slices, cheese and basil. Top with remaining bread slice (plain side down). Bake in oven at 350° F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
